Welcome! I’m glad you were able to find our little corner of the internet superhighway (that’s what we used to call it back in the day, kiddos). I’m Will, and this is Just Get Moving. Hopefully you took some time to read our ‘About Us’ section, so you have some clue as to what we’re trying to do here.
This blog will be where you’ll find resources, support, product updates, news or links that we find interesting, inane thoughts, and some random stories that may or may not necessarily be about fitness. You’ll get a healthy dose of poor attempts at humor coupled with some sarcasm and hyperbole. We try to keep it pretty light around here. If you sign up for our newsletter, you can get a weekly recap of all that went on with the blog over the week. We do our best to keep it fun and entertaining. That’s one of the main goals of this little project – to bring the fun back into ‘exercise,’ for lack of a better word. If we don’t get too hung up on what we need to do, and instead focus on just moving in some capacity, we’re all for it.
So, that’s the concept. I often try to explain it to people and they stare at me with this look of ‘and….’. And I’m like ‘That’s it, it’s simple, that’s the beauty of it’. Being healthy and fit doesn’t have to be complicated – it can be, but it doesn’t have to be.
