Mental health has come to the forefront recently. From being stigmatized and something not to be talked about, it has taken a turn to a point that it is ok to talk about it. This helps to A) make it ok for people to ask for help, B) reduce the idea that people who struggle with mental health are 'weak', and C) reduce the stigma. This is a great thing.
