Hello, my peeps. I know it’s been a long time, and I apologize for that. After thumb surgeries, physical therapy for that, back problems, physical therapy for that…I’ve pretty much been falling apart at the seams. I guess I’m getting old. Anywho, I’m back in action, slowly starting to run again, and just trying to live up to the notion of ‘Moving.’ It may not be fast, it may not be far, but it’s something. And that’s important. I truly believe that. And I hope that you do too! It’s important to give yourself credit, and let yourself be ok with where you’re at. I went from a year ago being in about the best shape of my life, to now I can barely run a mile. But it’s ok…that’s the message. It’ll come back, it just takes a little bit of patience and effort. Be kind to yourself, God knows I’m trying.
